Kryo 360 - Controlled Rate Freezer
A small capacity controlled rate freezer: ideal for an IVF, ART or research laboratories. Menu driven with fast cooling rates, controlled heating and multiple safety features.
Repeatability, consistent results and data recording are available from this reliable system used to freeze biological samples prior to long term cryo storage. The equipment has multiple safety features, has data printing via its integral printer and allows multiple protocols. Controlled freezers give consistent results with validated high post thaw viability. Also available in a non Medical Device version.
Kryo 560-16 - Controlled Rate Freezer
A medium sized controlled rate freezer with sample capacity sufficient for a busy laboratory. Simple to programme and easy to operate.
This rugged and reliable controlled rate freezer has a top opening chamber, which uses turbulent flow system, conducive with rapid mixing and superior thermal transfer ensuring excellent temperature control in all phases of the protocol. Planer’s MRV Controller system offers multiple protocol availability.
The -180ºC end temperature ensures sample integrity during transfer to storage at liquid nitrogen temperatures whilst the flexibility of the system, including protocol stage transition based on sample or chamber temperature or time, is ideal for the more demanding protocols associated with advanced cryo-preservation techniques. The equipment is also available in a Medical Device version.
Kryo 750 - Controlled Rate Freezer
An integrated controlled rate freezer for cryopreservation of larger volume samples or samples in larger numbers. This controlled rate freezer is designed for freezing of samples in bags, vials and straws.
It has a simple 2 button operation with standard PC software to enable password protected multiple protocols. A forced laminar flow cooling system ensures most efficient, even cooling and the machine has Top or Front opening for easy loading. Heated door seals prevent the lid freezing shut at cryogenic temperatures.
Protocol stage “trigger on sample”, or chamber temperature, or time and the inner chamber is removable for sterilisation. The 750 has a Comms port - for PC connection and has flexible and fast cooling rates. It is also available in Medical Device version.
